Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email or contact form). You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, but it is not obligatory.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Removehip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the website or products.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
